Expertise in plastic and aesthetic surgery

Dr. Benjamin Sarfati is the organizer of the 1st international congress in France exclusively dedicated to cosmetic, reconstructive, and oncological breast surgery: the ‘Paris Breast Rendez-Vous.’

He is also responsible for organizing and teaching the Inter-University Diploma in Senological, Carcinological, and Reconstructive Surgical Techniques at Paris-Sud XI and Paris VI Universities.

This diploma is designed for senior surgeons aiming to specialize in breast reconstruction and oncological surgery. Dr. Sarfati conducts numerous national courses in both French and English:

Once a year, Dr. Sarfati hosts two days of live surgical training for senior surgeons, with around a hundred participants from around the world.

1. In January 2015, Dr. Benjamin Sarfati was selected by the French National Health Authority (Haute Autorité de Santé) for his expertise in contributing to national recommendations on fat grafting in breast surgery, both aesthetic and reconstructive. This meeting led to a report that regulates fat grafting (lipofilling) in breast surgery in France.

2. In January 2014, Dr. Benjamin Sarfati was invited to Saint Paul de Vence for the Francophone Advanced Course on Breast Cancer to provide national recommendations on fat grafting (lipofilling) in breast surgery to correct sequelae of breast cancer surgery.
